We believe the best way to learn about working in the music industry is from hands-on experience.
EqualizeHer actively finds opportunities to get behind the scenes with professionals, especially in live music, where these young women can engage with those already in the position – to understand the necessary skills and get advice on pursuing their career.
Whether it’s behind the scenes at an iconic music venue or learning the in’s and out’s of a female forward music festival or hosting our own EqualizeHer stages, we aim to give exclusive access and resources for these women so they can find success in a music industry career.

Grant Program
We recognize that there are incredible organizations focused on supporting women in music all across the nation. We want to join forces with organizations who share our mission and, together, bring more women into the industry.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and there is no set deadline to apply.
